• Candidate / Job Seeker: A user who registers to search or apply for jobs.
• Employer / Recruiter: Companies or individuals who post job vacancies or access candidate profiles.
• Services: Job postings, candidate profiles, membership plans, employer dashboards, payment services, email alerts, and related features.
• Content: Any data, job listing, text, image, resume, employer information, or material uploaded by users.

2. Eligibility
You must be:

• At least 18 years old,
• Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872,
• Using the platform for lawful purposes only.

Employers must represent legitimate companies/entities with valid business credentials.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

For Candidates:

• Must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• Resume/profile information must be truthful.
• Will not upload misleading, false, or fraudulent information.
• Cannot impersonate any person or use multiple fake accounts.
• Must keep login credentials confidential.

For Employers:

• Must post only genuine job openings.
• Must not demand money, deposits, or registration fees from candidates unless explicitly mentioned and lawful.
• Must ensure job descriptions are accurate and not misleading.
• Must not post:
  • MLM schemes
  • Ponzi or financial schemes
  • Work-from-home scams
  • Jobs violating Indian labour laws

4. Use of the Portal

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Website for illegal or harmful activities.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data, emails, or job listings.
• Upload malware, bots, or harmful software.
• Misuse paid memberships or attempt to bypass payments.
• Post obscene, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in case of misuse.

5. Job Postings & Employer Content

• Employers are solely responsible for job listings, salary details, and recruitment communication.
• MyPharmaJOBS^TM does not verify employer postings unless explicitly stated.
• We may remove or reject job posts violating policies without prior notice.

6. Candidate Profiles & Resumes

• Profiles/resumes may be visible to employers based on membership and privacy settings.
• Information provided must be accurate and lawful.
• Profile data may be shared with third-party employers for hiring purposes.

We do not guarantee any job placement or interview.

7. Payments, Plans & Memberships

• Paid annual plans are offered for candidates and employers.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay or other approved gateways.
• Prices may change with notice displayed on the portal.
• All memberships are non-refundable except as required by Indian law.

Cancellation

• Auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime before renewal.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

8. No Guarantee of Job or Candidates

• No guarantee of employment or job offers.
• No guarantee of candidate applications or hiring outcomes.
• No involvement in interviews, salary negotiation, or hiring decisions.

9. Liability & Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

• No responsibility for accuracy of listings or resumes.
• No liability for data loss, downtime, fraud, financial or emotional loss.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All trademarks, logos, and platform content belong to MyPharmaJOBS.
• Users may not reproduce content without written permission.
• User-uploaded content remains user property but grants MyPharmaJOBS^TM a usage license.

11. Data Privacy & Security
We comply with:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011
• DPDP Act, 2023

A detailed Privacy Policy governs data handling.

12. Communication & Notifications

• Job alerts and application updates
• Employer communications
• Service, billing, and legal notifications

You may opt-out of promotional emails anytime.

13. Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated without refund if Terms are violated.

14. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or payment gateways.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

16. Amendments
Terms may be updated anytime and are effective upon posting.
