(Subscription-Based Services)

MyPharmaJOBSTM offers paid subscription plans to job seekers for access to platform features such as job listings, alerts, visibility tools, and related services. By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals, if applicable.
  • Access to subscribed services will remain available until the end of the current subscription period.

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable, whether partially or fully.
  • No refunds shall be issued for:
    • Non-selection or non-receipt of interview calls
    • Dissatisfaction with job opportunities or employer responses
    • Partial usage or non-usage of subscription services
    • Early cancellation of a subscription

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error, or
  • The service has not been activated due to a verified technical issue solely attributable to MyPharmaJOBSTM

Any such refund, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Fraud & Misuse
MyPharmaJOBSTM reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the platform, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
